Telecom-grade data center facilities include the main equipment room (for data processing), the monitoring center, ancillary equipment rooms (for power supply, air conditioning, and other supporting systems), the network access room (for fiber-optic cable connections), user testing rooms, user lounge areas, and backup rooms, among other spaces.
Telecom-grade IDCs are divided into three levels: A, B, and C. The technical requirements for data center computer rooms at each level are shown in the table below.
